Welcome! By commissioning, purchasing, or using any artwork, designs, or services provided by me, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General TermsI retain the right to refuse any commission or request for any reason.You must be 18+ to request a commission from me.All artwork created by me remains my intellectual property unless otherwise stated, see section 3 below for details.Prices are subject to change at my discretion if the initial quote is deemed insufficient due to complexities in character design, special requests, excessive requests for changes, ect...Clients may request anonymity on completed works and/or queues updates. Please notify me as your earliest convenience if you wish to remain anonymous.This is not my job, this is something I am choosing to do on the side because I enjoy it. As such there are no deadlines, only estimates.If you are trying to commission a piece for a specific holiday we can discuss adding a expedite charge to your commission.I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without notice.2. Payment and Refund PolicyPayments will be furnished through PayPal in USD only.Unless otherwise specified you will be provided a sketch for approval, giving you the chance to request changes or clarify issues that might be present with the direction of said commission.Once both parties agree upon the direction of said commission an invoice will be sent and payment is expected in full within 48 hours.Work on commissions will not begin until full payment has been received.Refunds are only provided if the artist is unable to complete the work. Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed. Artist will retain all creative and commercial rights to the partially finished commission.If I no longer wish to work with a specific commissioner I may terminate and refund the commission at my discretion at any time. Artist will retain all creative and commercial rights to the partially finished commission.Charge-backs and disputes without prior communication will result in a ban from future services.3. Copyright and UsageI retain all copyrights over the artwork unless otherwise negotiated.Clients may use commissioned works for personal use (social media, personal prints, avatars, etc.) but may not resell, redistribute, or alter the work without permission.Commercial use of the artwork (including but not limited to merchandise, advertisements, and branding) requires an additional fee and a separate licensing agreement.I reserve the right to display and use commissioned work in portfolios, promotions, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon. Expect to pay an additional fee to request complete anonymity and privacy.4. Delivery and RevisionsEstimated completion times vary depending on complexity and my workload. Deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. As stated before this is not my job, I am trading my free time to do this. If you have a strict deadline it must be discussed in advance and will most likely incur an additional fee.Minor revisions are allowed within reason. Major changes or excessive revisions may incur additional fees.Completed works will be delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. Physical delivery, if applicable, will require additional costs for printing and shipping.I will send a high resolution PNG file to your e-mail upon completion, it is your responsibility to download and archive the picture. I may or may not archive older commissions.5. Client ResponsibilitiesClients must provide clear references, descriptions, and expectations before work begins.Any additional requests made after the initial agreement may be subject to extra charges.You may ask for updates or WIPs at any time during the commission process, but please be respectful about it. I try to be accurate with my time frame upfront but if your commission is going to be delayed for any reason I will provide updates as we go.Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward the artist will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.I expect the commissioner to have a reference for their character(s), depending on if artwork exists of said character already I will work with you on a case-by-case basis with an additional service charge. I am not going to design you an OC in the process of commissioning me.6. Liability and DisputesI am not responsible for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the artwork.Any disputes should be resolved through direct communication.
